About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and creative individual to support our administration, marketing, and recruitment functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both behind-the-scenes coordination and bringing ideas to life through content and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Recruitment Support

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations.

• Manage schedules, event logistics, documentation, and internal communications.

• Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.

• Liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams as required.

Marketing & Communications

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms.

• Support branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

• Coordinate photography, videography, and event-related marketing activities.

• Monitor social media performance and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
