Position Summary
The Corporate Secretary & Entity Administration Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration, governance, and statutory compliance of the Group's legal entities across multiple jurisdictions, including Singapore, Japan, the United States, Thailand, Australia, and Europe.
The role will act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external corporate secretarial service providers, ensuring corporate records are properly maintained, statutory obligations are met, and corporate documentation is prepared accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Entity Management & Corporate Governance
Support the incorporation, restructuring, and closure of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and minute books in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
Coordinate annual compliance filings, annual returns, license renewals, and other statutory submissions with external corporate secretaries.
Coordinate director, shareholder, and registered office changes with external service providers.
Maintain accurate entity information and ensure corporate records are kept up to date.
External Service Provider Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for external corporate secretaries, registered agents, and law firms.
Coordinate corporate actions and statutory filings with service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
Monitor filing deadlines and follow up on outstanding matters to ensure timely completion.
