Assistant Brand Manager (FMCG)

Job scope:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.

• Plan, coordinate, and implement product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives across online and offline channels.

• Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create engaging marketing materials and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.

• Manage brand communications across digital platforms, retail channels, and customer touchpoints to maintain a consistent brand identity.

• Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimisation strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Plan and monitor marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximise return on investment.

• Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Retail teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and strategic partners to support marketing activities.

• Provide support for additional marketing, branding, and business initiatives as assigned by management.
