Senior Team Lead, Operations (Logistics)

Summary:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.15pm

Responsibilities:

• Supervise shift operations and provide business support to achieve delivery timelines, SLA, and KPI targets.

• Coordinate day-to-day business support, ensuring data accuracy, resolving system issues and supporting enhancements.

• Maintain and control SOPs and Work Instructions with proper version management.

• Support start-ups, volume ramp-ups, process changes, UAT, and hyper-care activities.

• Manage shift-level disciplinary matters and resolve operational conflicts.

• Perform advanced WMS transactions, including inventory adjustments, manual allocations, and cycle count reconciliations with proper documentation.

• Develop and automate operational reports to improve performance tracking and reporting efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Industrial Engineering.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in contract logistics, shift supervision, or operational business support.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, macros) and ability to navigate ERP/WMS platforms deeply.
