Quality Assurance Specialist (Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, standards, and compliance across warehouse, transportation and operations.

• Conduct audits, inspections, and process reviews to ensure compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Monitor quality KPIs, analyze trends, and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities.

• Investigate quality incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance operational performance.

• Maintain quality documentation, audit records, and compliance reports.

• Support ISO 9001 activities, customer audits, and quality training programs.

• Develop operational dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to support performance management.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, quality assurance, quality management, or operational excellence, preferably within a 3PL, contract logistics, or warehouse environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; VBA knowledge would be advantageous.

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and operational reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
