Responsibilities
- Recommend gold jewellery and provide excellent customer service.
- Host livestreams to promote products and drive sales.
- Respond to customer enquiries in-store, via WhatsApp, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Create basic social media content and support marketing campaigns.
- Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.
- Process sales transactions, online orders, and after-sales enquiries.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory control, and daily store operations.
- Manage online product listings and order fulfilment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and jewellery trends.
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual candidates with retail or jewellery sales experience are preferred.
- Sales-driven with an interest in retail, e-commerce, and livestream selling.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel; familiarity with social media is an advantage.
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Candidates who can start work on short notice will have an added advantage.
