Dormitory Supervisor
Job Duties:
You will be assisting the Dormitory Manager in Dormitory Operations.
Main Duties
• Ensure that the dormitory premises are cleaned, meals are provided on time
• Schedule and supervise cleanup and repair assignments as and when necessary
• Provide daily updates on movements of residents
• Oversee the proper usage of the recreational facilities and facilitate the booking of these facilities
• Ensure that rooms are equipped for arrival of new foreign workers
• Collaborate with security staff to conduct checks on possession of unauthorized and illegal items
• Supervise and monitor the performance of the security and facilities management provider
• Attend to residents ' queries and requests etc.
Requirements:
• Minimum Sec 2 (Express) or Sec 3 (Normal) or equivalent
• Willing to work on rotating shifts
