Procurement Executive (2-Year Contract | Renewable/Convertible)
Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,200 per month
Location: Maxwell, Central Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents.
- Coordinate sourcing events, including scheduling vendor briefings, room bookings, meeting setup, registration, and attendance tracking.
- Provide administrative support for vendor clarification queries.
- Collate, organize, and verify procurement proposals submitted by vendors.
- Prepare and tabulate evaluation score sheets for procurement exercises.
- Conduct reference checks to support evaluation committees.
- Issue contracts and award documentation to successful vendors.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of Purchase Requests.
- Review Goods Receipt submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain procurement documentation and support day-to-day procurement administration.
