Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Job Description:
Managing all public relations matters related to the project.
Plan, launch, and manage public relations programmes to engage stakeholderes effectively.
Prepare and disseminate circulars to residents and stakeholders on upcoming or ongoing work activities.
Develop and maintain the yearly Public Relations (PR) plan and prepare weekly/monthly engagement reports for submission to Government Agencies.
Prepare presentation materials for meetings with Government Agencies and other stakeholders.
Organise briefing and meeting sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback, and complaints pertaining to the project, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with Contractors and the operations team to implement corrective actions.
Initiate and maintain dialogue with property owners, Management Corporations, Resident Committees, Town Councils, and other stakeholders as directed.
Conduct regular site visits to affected residents to gather feedback, provide updates, and inform them of schedule changes or impacts.
Attend feedback calls, as well as weekly and monthly meetings with relevant authorities.
Coordinate with authorities on submissions and follow up to obtain necessary approvals.
Remain contactable to address urgent public relations matters throughout the project.
Perform other public relations tasks as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements:
Only Singaporeans.
Diploma in Public Relations or equivalent.
Min. 2 years relevant PRO experience in building construction industry.
