Quantity Surveyor (1-Year Contract | Up to $6.5k)

Our Client

Our client is a well-established public sector organisation supporting the planning and delivery of major infrastructure developments across Singapore. They are looking for an in-house Quantity Surveyor to support the assessment and review of post-contract variation works for large-scale development projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and assess variation works for construction projects.

• Verify quantities and supporting documents, including drawings and quotations.

• Evaluate variation pricing and ensure compliance with established procedures and contract conditions.

• Support final account reviews and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years' experience in quantity surveying, cost management, procurement, or construction audit.

• Familiar with PSSCOC and Government procurement practices.

• Meticulous with strong analytical and communication skills.
