Quantity Surveyor (1-Year Contract | Up to $6.5k)
Our Client
Our client is a well-established public sector organisation supporting the planning and delivery of major infrastructure developments across Singapore. They are looking for an in-house Quantity Surveyor to support the assessment and review of post-contract variation works for large-scale development projects.
Job Responsibilities
Review and assess variation works for construction projects.
Verify quantities and supporting documents, including drawings and quotations.
Evaluate variation pricing and ensure compliance with established procedures and contract conditions.
Support final account reviews and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years' experience in quantity surveying, cost management, procurement, or construction audit.
Familiar with PSSCOC and Government procurement practices.
Meticulous with strong analytical and communication skills.
