Guest Relations Officer cum Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests professionally, provide a warm first impression, and ensure a positive dining experience throughout their visit

• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, waiting lists, and enquiries while coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow

• Handle guest feedback, requests, and concerns professionally, providing appropriate solutions and escalating issues to management when required

• Perform cashier duties including operating the POS system, processing payments accurately through cash, card, and digital payment methods, issuing receipts, maintaining transaction records, and ensuring proper cash handling procedures

• Assist guests with menu enquiries, promotions, takeaway requests, and other service-related matters while delivering attentive and efficient customer service

• Maintain a clean and organized front counter and reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Prior experience is an advantage but not required

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

• PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated
