Job Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and acknowledge all walk-in guests with a friendly smile

• Lead guests to their seats and ensure they are comfortably settled

• Present menus, highlight boutique specials, take and serve orders efficiently

• Respond promptly and professionally to guests’ needs, such as water refills or bill presentation

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of condiments, cutlery, service stations, and bar areas

• Perform general housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, glassware cleaning, and restroom upkeep (if applicable)

• Accurately input orders into the POS system under supervision

• Support the team with any additional tasks assigned by your superior

Who We're Looking For

• Friendly and service-minded individuals who enjoy customer interaction

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role (For Assistant Outlet Manager)

• Team players with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced F&B environment

• Prior experience in F&B service is a plus, but not required – training will be provided
