Cross Border Payments Sales

We are seeking an experienced and motivated AssociateDirector/Senior Manager to join our ASEAN Client Solutions Team. Thisdynamic role involves engaging and building strong relationships with existingand prospective clients to grow revenues and profits.

·       Identify new businessopportunities and marketsegments to assesstheir fit with the company’s products and solutions.

·       Grow the pipelineof new enterprise clients from sectors includingPayment Service Providers, Merchant Acquirers,E-Commerce, Online Retailers, and other Corporates.

·       Lead, manage and close enterprise deals through consultative sales, solution selling,ensuring annual revenue targets are met.

·       Collaborate with internalTreasury, Product and Engineering teams to developclient proposals.

·       Manage large enterprise accounts, establishing and maintaining C-levelcontacts, understanding theirbusiness requirements and challenges.

·       Gather market insightsand client needs to help shape productdevelopment or servicedelivery.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geography teams for successful solution delivery.

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance,Economics, or relatedfield.

·       Proven track record of enterprise sales.

·       Min 7 years of relevantexperience within the Cross-Border B2B Payments sector.

·       Strong sales contactsand networks withinthe Cross-Border B2B Payments sector.

·       Experience in FX or Cross-Border B2B Payments isnecessary.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       A hunter mentality with a proactive approach.
