Intern - Talent Acquisition

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be part of the global talent acquisition team responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes, assist with candidate logistics, and contribute to sourcing and pipelining efforts. Additionally, you'll help with employee lifecycle initiatives, focusing on retention and engagement through planning, execution, and coordination.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection

• Coordinate candidate logistics, including interview scheduling and communication

• Support sourcing and pipelining efforts to attract top talent

• Contribute to employer marketing, branding, and efficiency projects

• Help with employee retention and engagement initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle

• Undergraduate of any discipline

• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• End-to-end recruitment process within a MedTech industry

• Establish a good understanding of Global / Regional recruitment landscape

• Stakeholder management skills in a MNC environment

• Direct sourcing tips and tricks

• A conducive and supportive team for your personal development

• Project management exposure in - Efficiency Improvement / Retention & Engagement Programs / Employer Branding / Digitalization & Automation Programs
