Regional Key Account Manager (Freight Forwarding / Logistics)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established multinational digital logistics solutions provider to hire a Regional Key Account Manager as part of its continued expansion across Asia Pacific.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced freight forwarding professional to manage strategic multinational customer accounts, lead regional operations, and drive operational excellence across the APAC region. You'll work closely with key customers while leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, technology-driven supply chain solutions.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: Central Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Regional Scope: Asia Pacific
• Salary Package: Up to $10,000 + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Manage the overall service, operational and financial performance of assigned regional key accounts
• Lead regional freight forwarding operations, including sea freight, order management and shipping documentation
• Build strong relationships with multinational customers through regular business reviews and strategic account management
• Monitor service performance against agreed SOPs, KPIs and SLAs to ensure operational excellence
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation and digital solutions
• Manage account profitability through effective resource planning and operational controls
• Lead, coach and develop regional operations teams to achieve business objectives
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts through value-added logistics solutions

The Talent:

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 8 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations, including people management
• Proven experience managing strategic key accounts within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of international sea freight operations, freight forwarding processes and order management
• Experience managing regional operations, customer performance and business reviews across multiple countries
• Exposure to chemical logistics or chemical supply chains will be advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
