Logistics Manager
Job Summary
We are a growing logistics and supply chain solutions provider undergoing a strategic transformation from a traditional 3PL model to a fully integrated 4PL partner.
The Logistics Manager is responsible for leading the Company's warehouse, freight, and customer service operations to ensure operational excellence and exceptional service delivery. This role oversees end-to-end logistics operations, drives continuous improvement, develops high-performing teams, and supports the Company's logistics transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily warehouse, freight, and customer service operations to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, and distribution.
Manage air and sea freight operations, ensuring timely shipment execution and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
Lead the Customer Service team to deliver responsive, high-quality support and strengthen customer relationships.
Monitor operational KPIs and implement initiatives to improve productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics operations.
Act as the escalation point for operational and customer service issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer experience.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse, freight, and customer service teams.
Support the Company's transition towards integrated 4PL logistics solutions through process improvements and operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong experience in both warehouse operations and freight forwarding (air & sea freight).
Experience leading customer service teams within a logistics or supply chain environment.
Good understanding of warehousing, inventory management, freight forwarding, transportation, and distribution operations.
Knowledge of customs procedures and freight documentation is an advantage.
Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, or other logistics systems.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and drive operational improvements.
