Logistics & Transport Operations Manager | Pasir Panjang | Up $7000 Basic+Etc

📍 Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
💼 Employment Type: Full Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and local transportation of all cargo types.

• Manage trucking arrangements, logistics workflows, expenditure and billing.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve sales/delivery issues.

• Lead, coach and develop the operations team to achieve targets and KPIs.

• Optimise transport planning, manpower deployment and equipment utilisation.

• Manage fleet and equipment availability, maintenance and utilisation.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, transport regulations and safety standards.

• Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of logistics operations experience.

• Minimum 2 years of team leadership/managerial experience.

• Strong knowledge of transport planning, fleet management and logistics operations.

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with logistics/transport management systems will be an advantage.
