Executive (Program Planning)
About the role
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team in planning and delivering impactful programmes for children and youth. This role blends programme management, research, and evaluation, with opportunities to shape meaningful initiatives in enrichment, health, and holistic development.
Key responsibilities
Oversee and manage key programmes, including Reach for the Stars (Enrichment), FRESH, and SPEED
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and on-site execution
Liaise with vendors, enrichment partners, volunteers, and donors
Ensure smooth operations and positive programme experiences
Support the lead staff in planning and running non-academic programmes such as Learning Journeys, Life Skills Workshops, Celebrations & Holiday Activities
Assist with programme design, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of programmes (FRESH, SPEED and Reach for the Stars)
Develop and track KPIs and outcome metrics
Analyse feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
Prepare reports and insights for management and board updates
About you
Strong organisational and project management skills
Analytical and able to translate data into insights
Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for child development and holistic education

Children’s Wishing Well is a non-profit organisation and fully-registered charity founded in 2002. We provide a broad range of services for children and youth in Singapore from disadvantaged backgrounds. They come from low-income families, and their parents may be ill, incarcerated, or absent from their lives. All our services are provided free-of-charge to the beneficiaries.
We provide a broad range of services to more than 1,200 beneficiaries each year. Our services support their current educational and daily living needs, and equip them with skills for their future, so as to build a strong foundation for them to contribute as useful members of society and escape the poverty trap.
