Job Responsibilities

• To check that the daily night audit report agrees with the day postings and settlements.
• To verify that all allowances and paid out vouchers are properly authorized.
• To prepare and distribute the daily F&B highlights and Revenue journal for the hotel’s departmental manager’s morning briefing.
• To audit the banquet functions and ensure the charges are as per banquet event orders.
• To audit all outlet reports and tally them with Opera for accuracy. Check that genuine discounts are given.
• To audit the credit card transactions for accuracy. Ensure the POS details summary reports agree with PMS.
• To check the authenticity of all FO paid outs/rebates and outlet rebates and verify for accuracy.
• To perform any other task as and when assigned.
