Loan Officer - no experience required - 6 days work week
What you will be doing
Your role as a loan officer with us is to manage all inbound loan applications and enquiries.
About the job (key responsibilities)
Manage customers through the loan process, understand their needs, and recommend suitable loan options
Review financial documents and ensure all applications follow company SOPs and industry regulations
Provide customers with support and updates throughout their loan application
About you (key requirements)
Great communication skills and a positive attitude
Familiar with tools like MS Office (Word, Excel)
No finance experience is required—we hire for potential
About the outlet
Bedok (less than 5 minutes from the MRT station)
Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm/Sunday 10am-6pm
Off day will be rostered on a weekday
