Senior Associate Executive, Emergency Medicine (Part Time)

Overview

To assist in administrative and operations tasks and projects pertaining to Clinical and Operations support aspects of Emergency Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-boarding matters are in order for new staff (Specialist/non-specialist and Medical Officer/locum employment).

• Provide administrative support on assigning and tracking the daily Medical Reports.

• Responsible for the overall management of clinical administrative matters; including clinician’s allowance claims, leave applications and tallying of roster

• Assist in audit for MO documentation

• Oversee the management of department intranet webpage

• Assist in collation of data and reporting of department key indicators 

• Assist with correspondence and preparation of reports and presentations

• Responsible for the management of department’s Purchase Requisition

• Ensure that there is sufficient stock for daily operations needs

• To undertake other projects as assigned by RO

Requirements

• GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma or equivalent

• Must be proficient in English and possess good PC skills
