SPX Express is Shopee’s courier arm in Singapore and a key business supporting Shopee’s growing e-commerce ecosystem. As a high-growth function, SPX Express continues to expand its operations and teams, offering an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to hiring within a growing business.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern supporting SPX Express, you’ll gain hands-on recruitment experience, working closely with candidates and hiring managers while making a tangible impact on Shopee’s Logistics operations.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a people-oriented and hands-on Talent Acquisition Intern who is excited to learn recruitment through real-world experience.

• Support recruitment for SPX Express roles, gaining exposure to the end-to-end hiring process
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Support offer discussions, closure, and onboarding activities
• Maintain recruitment data and support hiring reports and pipeline tracking
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing and recruitment processes

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Interested in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and working with people
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates from different backgrounds
• Proactive, organised, and willing to take ownership
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and a good team player
• Prior background or experience in HR is advantageous
