Team Introduction Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including TikTok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition.

We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. Responsibilities - Support sales team to identify and follow up the key blockers in agency's onboarding process.

- Summarize and categorize the key challenges and work with XFN partners to build solution SOP. - Provide weekly progress tracking and reporting support. - Follow up with XFN partners to deliver against project milestone.

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to solve complex issues with XFN support and categorize solutions.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in management or business operations.
• Data capability, or able to leverage AI to address preliminary data requests.
• Start as soon as possible, 6 months commitment.
• Per week attendance: 4 days minimum.
