At a large firm you may spend four months on one section, of one audit, for one client, under three layers of review. It's good training for a narrow thing.

Verti is a boutique corporate services firm growing fast enough that we can't afford to use interns that way. You'll be working on live client engagements early — real companies, real deadlines, real filings — with qualified senior guiding the work and reviewing every deliverable before it leaves the office. You do the work; the professional responsibility stays where it belongs.

By month four you'll have followed a full cycle end to end: bookkeeping, management accounts, GST, statutory filings, the lot. That's the trade we're offering — less brand name on the CV, considerably more ground covered.
