Market Research & Partnerships Intern

Praxium (Pte. Ltd.)praxium.co

About the role

The Market Research & Partnerships Intern helps Praxium understand its education market, identify suitable schools and collaborators, and build well-researched outreach pipelines. Working with guidance, the intern will organise information from past programme records and public research, then translate it into useful client, programme and partnership recommendations.

Why this role matters

Relevant marketing begins with knowing whom Praxium can serve, what those audiences need and which partners can strengthen the experience. This role builds the evidence and relationships pipeline that supports better campaign choices and programme growth.

What you'll do

  • Research awarded tenders and comparable education or youth programmes
  • Extract, clean and organise market information, then present patterns through concise tables, charts and written summaries.
  • Build and maintain profiles of prospective schools, current and past clients, programme needs and relevant contact points.
  • Match new or updated Praxium programmes with suitable school, parent, youth or partner audiences.
  • Monitor relevant education-sector, school-cluster and Ministry of Education developments and summarise their possible implications.
  • Research potential event partners, community platforms, speakers and panellists against clear selection criteria.
  • Support initial outreach preparation by drafting background notes, tailored messages and follow-up trackers for review.
  • Review prior campaigns and partnership activity to identify useful benchmarks, gaps and opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • Strong desk-research skills and the ability to compare information from multiple sources.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and maintaining accurate, well-structured records.
  • Clear written communication and the ability to turn research into a concise recommendation.
  • Reliability, initiative and willingness to ask for context before making assumptions.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with market research, customer research, partnerships, events or business development through coursework or projects.
  • Experience preparing stakeholder profiles, outreach lists or research presentations.
  • Interest in education, career guidance, youth development or social impact.

What you'll learn

  • Translate market information into audience and programme recommendations.
  • Build useful client and partnership pipelines without treating research as simple list-building.
  • Prepare relevant, well-grounded outreach for different stakeholders.
  • Understand how market insight informs content, campaigns and programme development.

Team / collaboration context

You will work with Praxium's marketing and programme teams to clarify programme fit, validate research and prepare outreach. External messages and partnership commitments require review and approval by the supervising team.
