About the role

The Digital Marketing & Analytics Intern supports Praxium's email, landing-page, paid and organic campaign activity. Working with guidance, the intern will help set up campaigns, maintain accurate funnel records, monitor performance and turn results into practical recommendations for the team.

Why this role matters

Praxium markets programmes through connected touchpoints, from social and email to career panels, complimentary sessions and programme enrolment. This role helps the team see how those touchpoints perform and improve the journey from awareness to action.

What you'll do

  • Support the set-up and quality checking of approved email campaigns, landing pages, registration links and calls to action.
  • Help coordinate campaign timelines across social posts, email sends, webinars, events and programme enrolment periods.
  • Maintain campaign records for spend, impressions, reach, views, clicks, sign-ups, attendance, payments and other agreed metrics.
  • Prepare regular performance summaries using measures such as click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per result and return on advertising spend where data is available.
  • Compare results across channels, audiences, creative formats and campaign stages to identify useful patterns.
  • Support small, controlled tests of elements such as subject lines, calls to action, content formats or audience segments.
  • Monitor website and content performance using approved analytics tools and flag unusual results or data gaps.
  • Recommend practical campaign adjustments based on evidence and document what changed.

What we're looking for

  • A university-level or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, analytics, economics, communications, information systems or a related field, either completed or currently being pursued.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, structured data and basic calculations.
  • Careful attention to detail when checking links, forms, campaign settings and performance records.
  • Ability to explain what a result means in clear language, not only report the number.
  • Curiosity about how audiences move from seeing a message to taking action.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to keep recurring campaign tasks on schedule.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with email tools, website content systems, Meta tools, Google Analytics or similar platforms through coursework or projects.
  • Familiarity with marketing measures such as impressions, clicks, click-through rate and conversion rate.
  • Experience creating charts, dashboards or concise performance reports.
  • Interest in digital marketing, customer journeys, experimentation or marketing operations.

What you'll learn

  • Connect campaign activity to the stages of a marketing and sales funnel.
  • Set up and quality-check digital campaign components with supervision.
  • Build useful performance reports from incomplete or distributed data.
  • Use testing and measurement to support continuous improvement.

Team / collaboration context

You will work with Praxium's marketing team and coordinate with programme colleagues on dates, offers, audiences and sign-up information. Campaign budgets, final publishing decisions and data-policy decisions remain with the supervising team.
