You can expect to develop and hone a holistic set of marketing skills during your stint, ranging from corporate communications, branding, public relations, to digital and offline marketing. If you are a self-starter, we are also happy to have you initiate and lead your own campaigns to strengthen your project management skills.

Content research, creation and managementDigital and non-digital content: Work with business units/ account managers (AMs)/ vendors (e.g. designers/ copywriters/ translators) directly to develop digital and non-digital content e.g. for website/ social media accounts/ marketing collaterals. May be required to create content from scratch in-house, which includes conceptualising, coordinating with AMs, copywriting/ translation and illustration using Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop. Populate online resource/ Blog page: Manage, plan and develop content/articles/visuals/ videos for NTUC Health blog.

Research and recommend topics/ themes as well as objectives and target audience of each content piece e.g. for awareness, to caregivers etc. Repurpose content: Support repurposing of blog content for other channels e.g. social media etc; where relevant. Duties include converting long form articles into guide books, infographics, illustrations/ visuals etc.

Testimonial bank: Work with AMs to consolidate all relevant testimonials in the testimonial bank on Google Drive for use across all marketing collaterals and social media platforms. Research work: Work with AMs to research on new topics and ideas/ initiatives for content/ proposals etc. Digital MarketingSEO: Ensure keywords are up to date and applied across content on all digital platforms including meta descriptions, Alt Text, articles, etc.

SEM: Drive and execute SEM initiatives/ campaigns that support NTUC Health as well as our different services. This could include marketing ad banners, re-marketing initiatives, creation of landing pages, etc. Email Marketing: Drive, create and execute email marketing campaigns to support marketing initiatives across NTUC Health.

Social Media Management: Work with AMs to brainstorm, plan, and manage content for social media accounts. To support any other digital marketing initiatives. Account ManagementSupport AMs with the management of business units ranging from health to elder care.

Support functions include event management, design, vendor liaisons, and any other administrative tasks.
