Social Media and Admin Intern

As part of our marketing team, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, including:

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Xiaohongshu (RED)
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase awareness and engagement
• Film and edit short-form videos and Reels
• Capture photography and videos during events and visitor experiences
• Assist in influencer outreach and partnership campaigns
• Support corporate event marketing and promotional campaigns
• Help update the company website and optimise content for SEO
• Design marketing materials including posters, brochures and EDMs
• Research tourism, travel and lifestyle trends
• Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports
• Support media events, festivals and promotional activations
• Assist with email marketing and CRM campaigns
• Work with the operations team to create engaging visitor experiences and gather customer feedback
