The HR Intern will support across three core areas: recruitment, learning & development (L&D), and internal communications. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations within a fast-paced payments company, with opportunities to contribute directly to hiring pipelines, employee development initiatives, and internal engagement efforts.

Responsibilities: 

Recruitment Support: 

  • Assist in job posting creation and distribution across job boards and internal channels 
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against role requirements 
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers 
  • Support candidate communications, including outreach, status updates, and offer/rejection correspondence 
  • Help maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipeline records 
  • Support onboarding preparation for new hires (documentation, welcome kits, first-day logistics)

Learning & Development Support: 

  • Learning & Development Support: Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops (scheduling, logistics, materials preparation) 
  • Support tracking of employee training completion and L&D records 
  • Help compile feedback from training sessions from trainees Assist in researching external training providers, courses, or certification programs relevant to business needs

Internal Communications Support: 

  • Assist in drafting internal announcements, newsletters, and employee engagement content 
  • Support planning and logistics for internal events (town halls, celebrations, engagement activities) 
  • Help maintain internal communications channels (intranet, email distribution) 
  • Support the collection and organization of employee feedback or survey data 
  • Assist in creating simple visual/communications collateral for internal use

General HR Support: 

  • Assist with HR documentation and filing in compliance with company policy
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as needed 

Job Requirements: 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
