AI Photobooth & Events Intern

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Photobooth & Events Intern to join our growing team. The internship period starts from August to December 2026. This is a position perfect for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and have a passion for events and customer service. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional photobooth experiences and event support services at various venues across Singapore. Your energy, professionalism, and dedication will directly contribute to the success of our clients' events and the reputation of Printaparty.

Key responsibilities

1. Set up, operate, and manage photobooth equipment at events, including cameras, lighting, props, and printing systems

2. Engage with event guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they have an enjoyable photobooth experience

3. Manage the flow of guests through the photobooth and maintain queues efficiently

4. Troubleshoot basic technical issues with photobooth equipment and provide support to guests as needed

5. Assist with general event setup and breakdown, including transportation and arrangement of materials

6. Ensure all props, backdrops, and equipment are well-maintained and organised

7. Collect feedback from guests and report any operational concerns to management

8. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Printaparty brand positively at all times

9. Inventory management and other miscellaneous office duties.

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in event management, photobooth operation, or customer-facing roles is highly valued but not essential

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse groups of people

3. Reliable and punctual with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

4. Physical capability to lift and carry equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform hands-on setup tasks

5. Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn how to operate photobooth equipment

6. A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

8. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
