Duties & responsibilities:
- Notifying warehouse/ stores on all orders and incoming shipments with SAP information
- Generate SAP details from Pre-alert shipment from HQ and ensuring stocks are received in time in the warehouse
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments via tracking/HAWB number and sharing details with relevant parties
- Generate shipping invoices for transfers with a turnaround time of 24hrs for the region
- Compiling logistics billing invoices into summary with supporting documents to request approval for payment.
Job Requirements:
- Able to commit to a regular schedule of 3 days per week
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Good working attitude with a can-do mindset
- Detailed and accurate in numbers
- Fast learner and willing to learn
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment
