Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive intern to help produce engaging short-form video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

You will work closely with a professional speaker and communication trainer to turn educational ideas, real-life insights, and workshop content into engaging videos that help people communicate, present, and speak with greater confidence.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the full content creation process, from brainstorming ideas to filming and editing the final video.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and shooting short-form videos
• Generate and brainstorm content ideas
• Develop creative video concepts and angles
• Help improve scripts, especially video hooks and opening lines
• Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and filming equipment
• Edit videos for social media, including captions, music, transitions, graphics, and visual effects
• Repurpose longer videos or workshop footage into shorter content
• Suggest creative ways to improve audience engagement and video retention
• Organise video files, footage, and content assets
• Keep up with relevant social media formats, editing styles, and content trends

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently studying video production, film, media, visual communication, animation, advertising, content creation, or a related field
• Comfortable filming and editing videos
• Familiar with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Creative and willing to contribute ideas
• Interested in storytelling, social media content, personal branding, or educational content
• Able to work independently while receiving guidance and feedback
• Responsible, organised, and willing to experiment with different creative approaches

Experience creating short-form social media videos is an advantage, although applicants with a strong interest, relevant school projects, or a creative portfolio are also welcome to apply.
