About the Role

NEBA is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Intern to support across the firm’s client servicing and investment operations functions. This role offers exposure to the day-to-day administrative activities of a financial services business, providing valuable experience in client servicing support, adviser support, trade recording, document management, and general office administration.

The successful candidate will work closely with different teams and gain practical experience across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to advisers, client servicing teams, and other internal teams as required.

  • Assist with preparing, processing, and organising client and business documentation.

  • Maintain accurate electronic filing systems, records, and internal databases.

  • Support trade recording, product updates, and other investment operations-related administrative tasks.

  • Support day-to-day office administration and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Comfortable working with data and administrative processes.

  • Willing to learn and take initiative.

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
