Human Resources Intern
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Intern eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to enhancing employee and candidate experiences. You will work closely with the HR team to support initiatives such as internal and external programs, engagement activities, and recruitment processes. This role requires adaptability and initiative to manage diverse responsibilities, including administrative support, coordination, data analysis, and contributing ideas to improve processes and overall organizational effectiveness.

Essential Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (TAEB)
- Contribute to the recruitment process by assisting with resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Assist in career fairs and campus outreaches to attract and engage top talent
- Assist in maintaining recruitment trackers and databases to support efficient hiring processes
- Support content creation and communication efforts (e.g., job postings, social media, and newsletters) to strengthen the company’s employer brand and visibility
2. Learning & Development (L&D)
- Support employee growth and learning through various L&D initiatives
- Assist with workshop coordination and preparation of training materials
- Collect feedback and data to help improve future learning sessions
- Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR-related events
Skills and Competencies Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Basic data entry and data management skills
- Basic proficiency in content creation tools like Canva
Soft Skills:
- Able to work independently with initiative and strong accountability
- Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
