Intern, IT Deskside Engineer

We’re looking for motivated interns to join our Deskside Engineer Team. This is your chance to gain hands-on IT experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting real users and solving real problems.

 What You’ll Do

• First-level IT support: Help end-users via chat, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot issues: Diagnose and fix hardware, software, network, and peripheral problems.
• User account support: Assist with account setup, password resets, and system access.
• IT equipment setup: Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Document solutions: Record incidents and resolutions using IT service management tools.
• Deliver great service: Ensure users get timely, friendly, and effective support.

 What We’re Looking For

• Passion for IT: A keen interest in technology and systems.
• Strong communication: Ability to explain solutions clearly and patiently.
• Problem-solving mindset: Resourceful and eager to tackle challenges.
• Basic IT knowledge: Familiarity with desktop/laptop hardware and software.
• Commitment: Available 5.5 days, minimum 6 months. Immediate starters welcome!
