Growth & Development Intern (On-the-Ground Startup Role)

At Farmio, we’re building one of Singapore’s fastest-growing food supply platforms — supplying eggs, oil, rice, and essential ingredients to hawkers, cafés, restaurants, and F&B businesses islandwide.We’re looking for someone hungry, resourceful, and willing to do whatever it takes to help us grow.

This is not a “watch and learn” internship.You’ll be on the ground talking to hawkers, visiting warehouses, collecting customer insights, testinggrowth ideas, solving operational problems, and helping the team execute fast.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Visit hawker stalls, coffeeshops, and F&B outlets
• Speak directly with customers and gather feedback/testimonials
• Help run product sampling campaigns on the ground
• Support supplier, warehouse, and operational coordination
• Assist with partnership outreach and business development
• Execute growth experiments and marketing initiatives
• Work closely with leadership on real business problems
• Help the team get things done — even if it means rolling up your sleeves

One day you may be interviewing customers.

The next day you may be helping execute a field activation at a hawker centre.
