Internship - Enterprise Infrastructure Services

Responsibilities

1. Process Improvement, Automation & AI Tool DevelopmentReview existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement. Design and implement automation solutions through scripting, cloud-native automation tools, or AI-driven and Agentic AI tools to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and support intelligent operations.

2. Documentation & Knowledge ManagementCreate, maintain, and update technical documentation for cloud operations, configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the team.

3. Operational Support & Project AssistanceAssist the Cloud Infrastructure team in user support, project coordination, and daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution of cloud initiatives and continuous service improvement.

4. Monitoring & ReportingSupport in monitoring cloud infrastructure performance, resource utilization, and cost optimization efforts. Generate reports and insights to help drive data-informed operational decisions.

5. Research & InnovationExplore emerging cloud technologies, AI frameworks, and automation tools to propose innovative solutions that enhance operational resilience, scalability, and efficiency.

Qualifications

Requirements

1. Fundamental Knowledge of Cloud ComputingBasic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, including core services, deployment models, and cloud management concepts.

2. Programming & Automation SkillsProficiency or hands-on experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, with an interest in exploring AI-driven automation and Agentic AI tools.

3. Passion for Cloud Technologies & Continuous LearningA strong curiosity and enthusiasm for cloud infrastructure, automation, and AI innovation, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic operational environment.

Applicants must commit to at least a three-month full-time internship period
