Key Job Responsibilities and Functions of a Project Executive Intern at Trinax

1. Project Involvement:

• Engage in the full life cycle of 360 projects, from initial conception to final deployment and ongoing support using the proven tools and well-established systems to manage and deliver projects successfully.

2. UX Research Workshops and Studies:

• Participate in conducting UX research workshops.
• Synthesise data from UX studies to inform and refine design decisions.
• Assist in creating user personas, journeys, and other essential UX artifacts.

3. Creative Process:

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative project concepts.
• Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and client presentations.

4. Facilitation and Communication:

• Facilitate "show and tell" sessions with developers to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
• Serve as a liaison between various project stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication.
• Technical and software-engineering know-how will be a bonus in making a more effective contribution as a liaison.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Assist in alpha and beta testing phases, identifying and documenting issues and feedback.
• Conduct usability testing to ensure the product meets user needs and expectations.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the final product before deployment.

6. Deployment and Support:

• Support the deployment of projects, ensuring smooth and successful launches.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed projects, addressing any issues that arise.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting notes, testing reports, and project plans.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for project stakeholders.

8. Learning and Development:

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and UX research.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities provided by Trinax.

Mentorship and Support

The Project Executive Intern will work within a buddy system alongside a mentor, a Senior Project Manager. At Trinax, the intern will be equipped with a strong support system to ensure a seamless integration and an extremely purposeful experience, contributing to real-world commercial projects. This mentorship will provide invaluable guidance and support, helping the intern to navigate and excel in their role.
