Social Media Intern

About the role

We're looking for a creative, organised, and client-focused Social Media Account Intern to join our growing marketing agency. You will serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, understand their marketing goals and develop effective social media strategies, and bring ideas to life through content shoots and digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for existing clients

• Understand clients' marketing goals and develop effective social media strategies

• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and campaign updates

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with each client's objectives

• Brainstorm creative content ideas and videos to keep up to trend

• Research industry trends, competitors, and social media best practices

• Plan content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation

• Coordinate and attend on-site content shoots for clients

• Capture contents using devices such as smartphone, DJI, Insta360, cameras etc.

• Work closely with editors to deliver high-quality content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and other digital platforms

About you

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Filming, or a related field

• Experience in social media marketing and content creation

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current content trends

• Confident in planning and directing content shoots

• Comfortable appearing in videos or directing talent when needed

• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills

• Able to manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines

• A proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset
