Digital Marketing Executive

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:30am – 6:00pm
Location: Orchard, Plaza Singapura
Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 (depending on experience)

Background

We run Reddit marketing for our clients, and the quality of that work is our product. A single tone-deaf comment can get a client's account banned or a post nuked; a well-judged one can earn a brand real credibility inside a community that hates being marketed to.

What you'll actually do

• Plan and execute day-to-day Reddit engagement for our clients - reading threads, understanding each subreddit's culture and rules, and writing comments that add real value first and mention a product only when it fits.

• Build genuine off-Reddit visibility too: outreach for editorial links, partnerships, and digital-PR placements that stand on their own merits.

• Keep a clean daily log of everything you post - thread URLs, what you said, what worked - so the work is fully visible and reviewable.

• Watch what happens after you post: which comments survive, which get removed, what actually moves the needle — and adjust.

• Flag anything that seems off before doing it. If a brief would get an account banned or a link that would hurt a client, we want you to say so, not silently execute it.

• Ad-hoc digital marketing tasks including keyword research, link-building, tuning of paid ads accounts (under our supervision).

• You will work directly with experienced marketers that have decades of digital marketing experience.

Who we're looking for

• Disciplined and detail-oriented. You follow a plan precisely, you log your work without being chased, and your projects aren't a mess. Small errors bother you.

• You think before you act. Given an ambiguous or slightly wrong instruction, you ask the right question or push back - you don't just tick the box.

• (Bonus) You've genuinely used Reddit for years. You know the difference between a comment that belongs and one that reeks of marketing. This is the single most important thing, and it can't be faked in an interview.

Requirements

• Min 1-2 years of previous experience with SEO, digital Press Releases, or outreach.

• Education & Portfolio: Diploma or University degree holder. Please share a portfolio that demonstrates your design and social media work.

• (Ideal) A track record you can show - past Reddit accounts, campaigns, or communities you've built or contributed to.
