Entrust Network is a Singapore-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) providing IT support, cloud, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 solutions to SMEs and nonprofit organizations.

Responsibilities:

End User Support

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for end user.

• Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone calls.

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and network devices.

• Assist users with hardware,software, Microsoft 365, printer and network related issues.

• Maintain updated network diagrams, IT inventory and technical documentation

• Assist as a Project member for IT infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity projects.
  

What you will learn

• Microsoft 365 - Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive and Teams.

• Microsoft Security - Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, MFA and Conditional Access.

• Cybersecurity - Firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, VAPT.

• Networking - Firewalls, switches, wireless network and VPN.

• Cloud & Virtualisation - Cloud server, Linux VMs and Virtualisation platforms.

• IT Projects - Participate in real customer deployments, upgrades and migration work.

• Company-sponsored professional training and certification – One industry certification per year (e.g. CompTIA, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Data Protection Officer (DPO), or other approved certifications) to support continuous career growth.

Remuneration and Rewards

• AWS (Annual Wage Supplement)

• Performance and Project based incentives.

• Potential annual remuneration of approximately S$50,000–S$60,000, including AWS and applicable performance/project incentives.

Security and Professional Responsibilities

• Follow the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures.

• Support the implementation of cybersecurity standards and industry best practices.

• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

• Candidates with internship in IT or up to 1 year of IT support experience are welcome.

• Good communication and presentation skill.

• Responsible, service-oriented and comfortable working with customers.
