Marketing Assistant, Website Content Update/Admin (Government)
This position will start off as about 6 months contract.
Location:
Singapore Institute of Retail Studies (Near Paya Lebar MRT)
Duties:
Managing websites using Content Management Systems, ISOMER, a website builder tailored for government agencies, enabling to create and launch static websites effortlessly with no coding expertise required.
Managing and migrating web content, ensuring content accuracy and formatting consistency, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), tracking migration issues, and supporting website updates and maintenance.
Support the organization and maintenance of marketing media assets for internal and marketing use, and website migration to ISOMER 2.0.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned such as providing administrative and logistics support for training sessions, trainers, and learners.
Working Hour:
Mon to Thu: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
