Duties
Check and verify customer online registration
Create Login ID account for online user
Prepare quotations for customers
Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails and phone calls
Check and confirm lead-time on customer Open Order Report
Requirement
Prior administrative experience is preferred
Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
