*URGENT* Brand Marketing Specialist (Global Sportswear)

Job Details:

• Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable depend on performance and business needs)

• Location: Bugis

• Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM

Job Descriptions:

1. Brand Communications & Marketing

• Support the development and execution of brand and commercial concepts across key categories such as Running, Training, and Football.

• Execute integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.

• Support social media, influencer marketing, brand activations, and community engagement initiatives.

• Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.

Influencer & Community Management

• Coordinate with influencers, creators, agencies, and partners to support campaign execution.

• Support product seeding, photoshoots, content creation, and community engagement activities.

• Assist in managing local brand communities and initiatives.

Membership & CRM Operations

• Support membership operations and communications.

• Assist with membership campaigns, customer engagement activities, and loyalty-related initiatives.

• Coordinate communications and stakeholder requests related to CRM activities.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

• Liaise with social media, creative, and marketing agencies.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Retail, Wholesale, Finance, and Corporate Communications teams.

• Assist wholesale partners with brand communication toolkits and campaign materials.

Operations & Administrative Support

• Manage purchase orders, invoices, budget trackers, and campaign documentation.

• Support contract administration, voucher credit processing, and T&C updates.

• Coordinate brand partner store visits and marketing logistics.

• Support ad hoc projects and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sports Management, or related disciplines.

• 2-3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, Category Marketing, Sports Marketing, or Consumer Marketing.

• Strong interest in sports, fitness, running, training, football, or sportswear/lifestyle brands.

• Experience supporting campaigns, activations, influencer marketing, events, or community engagement programs.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Highly organised with strong project coordination abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and marketing operations is advantageous.

• Background in sports, sporting goods, fitness, retail, FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands would be preferred.
