Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager in product marketing, brand building, and marketing activities. You will work closely with HQ, sales teams, agencies, and retail partners to execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and retail promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Support new product launches and go-to-market activities.

• Coordinate with HQ on product information, marketing materials, and launch schedules.

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social media, and in-store channels.

• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and retail partners on promotional materials and marketing activities.

• Prepare product presentations, catalogues, sales tools, and marketing reports.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and campaign performance.

• Support retail promotions, events, and product training.

• Assist with marketing administration, including budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and project coordination.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, or retail.

• Experience in product launches and marketing campaign execution is preferred.

• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good command of English. Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with regional HQ and suppliers.
