• As part of our continued growth and business transformation, we are looking for a Business Operations & Marketing Executive to help strengthen our internal processes, CRM practices, customer engagement and commercial operations.

Job Summary:

This is a cross-functional role primarily focused on Business Operations, CRM Management and Business Development support, with additional involvement in marketing activities.

You will work closely with management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Internal Sales to improve how information, customers, leads and commercial opportunities move across the organisation.

A key part of the role will be to help establish and improve our business processes, maintain accurate CRM and customer information, support customer relationship management and ensure that potential business opportunities are properly captured, followed up and handed over to the Sales team.

On the marketing side, you will work closely with our Marketing Executive, who leads the company's overall marketing strategy. Your role will focus more on marketing execution, coordination, CRM integration, customer engagement and LinkedIn growth.

This is a relatively new function within Solidheat, which means the successful candidate will have the opportunity to pioneer and shape the role, establish processes and gradually take greater ownership as the business grows.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Linguistics or a related discipline.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good organisational and documentation skills.

• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and business systems.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Able to coordinate across different departments.

• Comfortable communicating with customers and external parties.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.

• Willingness to learn about industrial products, engineering applications and B2B customers.

Experience or familiarity with any of the following would be beneficial:

• CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms.

• ERP systems.

• B2B marketing.

• LinkedIn marketing.

• Customer relationship management.

• Business process improvement.

• SOP development.

• Data cleaning and database management.

• SEO / digital marketing.

• Industrial, manufacturing or engineering industries.

Prior engineering knowledge is not required. Training and exposure to Solidheat's products and industries will be provided.
