F&B E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing data and analytics to support the hotel in driving incremental revenue opportunities and improving profitability across all Food & Beverage revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Hotel’s F&B online platforms, including the Hotel website and third-party delivery and dining platforms such as GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Chope, Eatigo and other relevant channels

• Ensure all online menu listings are accurate and up to date, including product descriptions, pricing, availability, images, promotions and other relevant information, while maintaining consistency across all platforms

• Monitor online orders, customer feedback, reviews and ratings across platforms, ensuring timely responses and appropriate service recovery where required

• Plan, coordinate and execute digital promotions and online campaigns to drive F&B sales, customer engagement and traffic across relevant e-commerce and digital channels

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, customer engagement and sales results, providing insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns

• Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly e-commerce and digital performance reports, highlighting key results, trends, opportunities and areas requiring attention

• Work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to develop and coordinate creative content, promotional materials and digital assets for online campaigns

• Research and monitor market developments, competitor activities, consumer trends and emerging digital platforms to identify opportunities for business growth

• Evaluate and recommend new digital platforms, e-commerce tools, technologies and initiatives that can enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and revenue generation

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• 1+ years of experience in F&B and E-Commerce account management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Self-starter and able to work independently and in a team

• Experience in developing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive leads and bookings/revenue via e-commerce channels

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and use of AI tools
