Trade Marketing Executive / Manager (FMCG) (ID: 711789)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual trade marketing and shopper activation plans in collaboration with the Sales Lead.

• Coordinate comprehensive execution with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all activities align with timelines, retailer requirements, and budgets.

• Oversee the development and implementation of Point of Sale Materials (POSM), managing end-to-end processes with design agencies, printers, and retailers.

• Maintain compliance of marketing materials with brand guidelines and regulatory standards, alongside managing a repository of approved assets.

• Facilitate day-to-day coordination between trade marketing contacts and the Sales Lead, while overseeing implementation across key retail partners.

• Monitor retail execution, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities to enhance decision-making.

• Support execution and alignment of commercial priorities and channel initiatives through developed presentations and activation support tools.

• Conduct audits and evaluations of distribution, visibility, and shopper experience in retail environments.

• Utilize AI tools to create video and static content for social media, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and market requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or related areas.

• Proven track record in managing POSM adaptation and retail execution.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

• Experience working with various retail and distribution channels is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the Health & Wellness, Consumer Healthcare, and FMCG sectors is preferred.
