SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
The baseline workload weighting is structured as follows: Online Sales Operations (20 -
30%), Digital Marketing & Brand Communications (70 - 80%).
1. Online Sales Operations & Lead Conversion
Inbound Lead & CRM Management: Proactively monitor and respond to inbound
inquiries generated via the official website (DTC Brand Mall), WhatsApp Business, and
various social media communication channels; actively convert incoming leads into sales
using consultative communication.
E-Commerce Channel Operations: Manage the back-end operations of Coway's active ecommerce
marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) and the official brand mall.
Tasks include ensuring stable order fulfillment, accurate inventory synchronization, pricing
adjustments, listings optimization, and SLA compliance.
Online Sales Promotions: Set up and execute digital sales campaigns, exclusive online
voucher bundles, and platform-specific promotions to optimize conversion rates and
drive digital revenue growth.
2. Digital Marketing & Brand Communications
Social Media & Content Strategy: Manage organic content creation, scheduling, and
community management for official brand channels (Meta, Instagram, TikTok) to drive
digital traffic, user engagement, and premium brand awareness.
Performance Marketing Coordination: Direct and collaborate closely with external
performance marketing agencies to support SEO/SEM, paid search, and conversion
focused ad campaigns to maximize marketing ROI.
DTC Storefront & Asset Design: Support front-end visual storytelling and UI/UX
optimization for the e-mall. Design and localize digital assets such as store banners, social
media collaterals, and landing pages using design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, etc.).
Omnichannel (ROPO) Support: Align digital marketing efforts with offline touchpoints
(roadshows, retail stores) to optimize the "Research Online, Purchase Offline" customer
acquisition journey.
