Lab Technician, R&D, Singapore
Position Summary:
Support Adhesive R&D scientists in development, testing, and scale-up of new adhesive products.
Responsibilities:
· Preparation of developmental samples.
· Developmental product performance testing and data reporting.
· Laboratory equipment operation and maintenance.
· Chemical storage and inventory, lab consumables management.
· Collects, organizes, and reports data and conclusions in WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint formats, utilizing appropriates charts and tables. Issues professional, formal reports upon completion of projects.
· Chemical list, sample list, and evaluation data, customer test feedback management, and documentation.
· Works safely and wears personal protective equipment in required areas.
· Assigned lab hands-on work.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Diploma in chemistry, chemical engineering, technology or science related.
· Familiar with chemicals and raw materials handling.
· 0~3 years’ relevant experience in coating paint or adhesive industry is an advantage
· Strong attention to details and problem solving abilities.
· Able to carry equipment and raw materials up to 20kg.
